The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chairman Richard Subel.

Mayor Brick distributed information from the Consumer Price Index, past pay raises, salary surveys, etc. There was discussion about the economic conditions and the high cost of employee health care.
Moved by Mr. Milko, seconded by Mr. Williams to increase Village employee pay rates by 2.0% for the year 2010. All noted in favor.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 a.m.
