BOARD OF CEMETERY TRUSTEES

Members present: Trace, White, Hecker
Also present: Arnold, Buddenhagen, Snedeker

The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Chairman Larry Trace.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Moved by Mrs. White, seconded by Mr. Trace that the minutes of the meetings held May 13, 2009, June 10, 2009, and July 8, 2009 be approved. The motion carried unanimously.

NEW SECTION 3-C

After discussion, a motion was placed on the floor by Mr. Trace and it was seconded by Mrs. White that the price of these in-ground cremation graves, for residents, will be $1,200.00 each. The motion carried unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS

Mr. Trace announced that the next meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. in Council chambers.

The meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
