This was tabled at the June 10, 2009 meeting. After discussion, a motion was placed on the floor by Mrs. White and it was seconded by Mr. Trace to deny the request to plant a Weeping Cherry Tree in Section 53, Lot 76 because of the fact that there are already two trees in close proximity to this location. The motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Trace presented to the Board a written request from Joyce & William Douglas, residents of Pepper Pike, to purchase up to four niches in the columbarium and to be classified as Chagrin Falls residents because they will be moving to South Franklin Circle in Bainbridge Township. Moved by Mrs. White, seconded by Mr. Trace to deny the request to be classified as Chagrin Falls residents. The motion carried unanimously.
