The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mr. Patton.

NEW POLICE STATION

The Committee heard a presentation from Galen Schuerlein, Vice-President of Burges and Burges Strategists, (elections strategist) regarding tips to successfully pass a bond issue for a new police station. She specified that the message to the voters must be simple, understandable, stated clearly and concisely, and presented with fewer words and more photos. The message to the voters must also identify the need and reasons why the old police station is not working.

Comments were heard and questions were answered.

The meeting adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
