The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Steven Patton.

SOUTH RUSSELL MULTIPURPOSE TRAIL FOUNDATION INC.

The Committee heard a presentation from the South Russell Multipurpose Trail Foundation Inc. regarding creating a series of multipurpose trails for South Russell to connect them to the Village’s sidewalk system, the Bainbridge Twp. area, and possibly into Bentleyville.

The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
