The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Nancy Rogoff.

ORGANIZATION

Mrs. Rogoff opened nominations for Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman. Moved by Mrs. Lange, seconded by Mrs. Baker that Mrs. Rogoff serve as Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman for the year 2010. Carried. Ayes: Lange, Jacobs, Baker, Rogoff. Nays: None. Moved by Mrs. Lange, seconded by Mrs. Baker that the nominations for Planning and Zoning Commission Chairman be closed. Carried. Ayes: Rogoff, Jacobs, Lange, Baker. Nays: None.

Mrs. Rogoff opened nominations for Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary. Moved by Mrs. Rogoff, seconded by Mrs. Baker that Mrs. Lange serve as Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary for the year 2010. Carried. Ayes: Rogoff, Jacobs, Baker, Lange. Nays: None. Moved by Mrs. Rogoff, seconded by Mrs. Baker that the nominations for Planning and Zoning Commission Secretary be closed. Carried. Ayes: Rogoff, Jacobs, Lange, Baker. Nays: None.

This was reviewed and discussed. Comments were heard and suggestions were made. No action was taken.

This was reviewed and discussed. Comments were heard and suggestions were made. No action was taken.

There was lengthy discussion; no action was taken.

MEETING CHANGE NOTICE
