VILLAGE OF CHAGRIN FALLS
STREETS AND SIDEWALKS COMMITTEE
October 26, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Janis Evans.

SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL GRANT

Kathryn Garvey presented the grant information to the Committee. Mr. Lannon explained the specifics of the infrastructure improvements. Mr. Himes said they will have to prioritize the improvements. Comments were heard and questions were answered. The Committee agreed that this is well worth while and that the Village should pursue this on behalf of the children.

Moved by Mr. Subel, seconded by Mrs. Evans that we propose a resolution to Council. The motion carried unanimously.

MISCELLANEOUS

Mr. Lannon updated the Committee on the progress of the road program. Mrs. Evans suggested that the residents be notified by the Village when work will be done on their street.
